Shipping & Returns
We can exchange an item for a different size, as long as the item is not customized or personalized in any way. Simply send the item back to us with your packslip enclosed within two weeks of receipt and note the size needed on it and we will exchange your item; please contact us if you need sizing help and also to alert us of your intentions to exchange so we can make a note on your order.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. You may return most new, unopened, uncustomized or non-personalized items within 2 weeks of delivery for a refund minus a $5 restocking fee. Please enclose your packslip stating that you would like a refund. We also appreciate knowing the reason for the return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship to any address within the United States by USPS direct mail services, large corporate orders and customs are shipped via FedEx. If you need your item expedited, please contact us to make sure we can meet your required delivery date.
All regular orders ship free. If overnite shipping is needed please contact us to make sure we can accomodate your request and for instructions on how to pay for that.
Ship times vary; many of our items are stocked and ship immediately, and many are made to order and take longer to process and ship.
*Made to order items can take anywhere from two days to two weeks to ship depending on materials needed and inventory on hand. Ship times also depend on the volume of orders we are taking at the time of your order and where your order gets scheduled in our production que. We are often up to two weeks out on customs and made to order items durnig the months of December, January, February, and March. It is best to get your order in as soon as possible if trying to meet a specific delivery date. As stated above please contact us if you need an item by a specific date or alert us in order comments at checkout.
